Return and Exchange :
Given the limited quantities of handbags, I do not allow any exchange or refund.
Unless I am mistaken when sending (ex: wrong color of the handbag).

In this case only an exchange will be made, if the stock allows it or we will make a refund.
The refund will be allowed only if the handbag is returned identically.
It must not have any stain or smell or show that it has been worn or tried.
Guarantee :
Your Ds Africaines handbag is guaranteed for 14 days.
If you encounter a problem with the seams and hardware ( the bag feet, the rings and carabiners for the shoulder strap).
